Education Out Loud conducted an open call for concept notes for civil society organizations in April – June 2020.

This call related to Operational Component 2: Supporting civil society’s role in promoting the transparency and accountability of the national education sector policy and implementation.

After the application deadline on 19 June 2020, Education Out Loud had received 461 concept notes from a variety of organizations from 53 different countries. Following the assessment processes, a number of organizations have eventually been selected to receive full implementation grants.
