In April Education Out Loud launched our first call for concept notes on Operational Component 2 supporting civil society roles in promoting the transparency and accountability of national education sector policy and implementation. Ten grant applications have been shortlisted by Education Out Loud to support transnational civil society alliances in carrying out innovative multi-country advocacy. Shortlisted applicants will spend up to four months to develop a full proposal, which will be reviewed and approved before the end of the year.
Every six months a Technical Progress Report is submitted to GPE. The first report covers all of the active months last year April – December 2019.
