- Latin America and the Caribbean – Regional Management Unit based in Guatemala City, Guatemala
- Horn, Eastern and Southern Africa – Regional Management Unit based in Kampala, Uganda
- Asia and the Pacific – Regional Management Unit based in Kathmandu, Nepal
- Global Management Unit – Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, hosted by Oxfam Denmark
