ODK as grant agent for the EOL programme presents the annual report technical progress report, summarising EOL efforts and results from July 2023 – June 2024. The new technical progress report offers a rich variety of results and learnings by EOL-supported grantees in their efforts to contribute to more inclusive and transformative education systems. 

This report covers the end of the last phase of EOL (2020-2023) and the beginning of the new extension phase of EOL (2024-2026), marking a transition in EOL’s portfolio of grantees and reporting mechanisms. The report demonstrates how EOL-supported civil society organisations continue to successfully influence policy changes; strengthen social accountability mechanisms; participate in policy discussion forums; and produce evidence to support advocacy efforts. In addition to the achievements according to the results framework, the report highlights the capacity strengthening and learning efforts which are provided to EOL-supported civil society, contributing to building a stronger, more effective and relevant civil society to advocate for more inclusive, gender responsive and equitable education systems.
