Education Out Loud conducted a restricted call for proposals for National Education Coalitions in November 2021. 

This call related to Operational Component 1: Strengthening national civil society engagement in education planning, policy dialogue and monitoring.

Please note that this restricted call was for National Education Coalitions. Only National Education Coalitions, which had received an invitation for this restricted call for proposals by Education Out Loud, were eligible to apply.
